Add your students' IDs (one by one or in bulk). When someone registers with that ID, they're automatically linked to your centre. You can also tag them internally (course, class, notes) to organise them.
If you add an unregistered ID, you can attach an email and the system sends an invitation for the person to register. The list shows when the last invite was sent and reminds you when it's time to follow up.
Decide whether new photos are shared automatically with recognised members (instant email notification) or whether you review them first and activate them one by one from the gallery.
Assign users (monitors, teachers, helpful parents) as assistants by email. They see student names just like you, but can't administer the list. Ideal for teams with multiple coordinators.
You and your assistants see every photo processed at the centre in one unified tab. Edit visibility, add descriptions ("Trip to Barcelona"), download the final version with watermark or delete photos.
