You and your assistants see every photo processed at the centre in one unified tab. Edit visibility, add descriptions ("Trip to Barcelona"), download the final version with watermark or delete photos.
Add your students' IDs (one by one or in bulk). When someone registers with that ID, they're automatically linked to your centre. You can also tag them internally (course, class, notes) to organise them.

If a user deletes a photo by mistake, it goes to the trash bin for 7 days before being removed. Restoring is one click. Also visible to the organiser.
