📨 Digital signed forms
Create field-trip authorisations, allergy declarations or image-rights renewals with a light editor that auto-substitutes {{student_name}}-style variables. Send them in bulk to guardians filtered by tags. Responses are signed with timestamp, IP and SHA-256 hash, immutable at the database level (append-only triggers).
📸 Burst mode
Each tap captures a photo and uploads it in the background — no confirmation needed. Perfect for races, parties or field trips: shoot as fast as you want while the app processes faces and publishes them to the gallery as they're ready.
📁 Multi-upload
Pick multiple photos from your phone or PC gallery and they queue automatically. No need to upload them one by one.
🗑️ Photo trash bin
If you delete a photo by mistake, it stays in the trash bin for 7 days before being permanently removed. Restore it with one click.
📦 Per-centre quotas
Each centre has its own adjustable limit of active photos. Free: 100 photos and 2-day retention. Premium: 1000 photos and 30 days. If you exceed the limit you get a 30-day grace period to make room before the oldest ones go to the trash.
🔐 Tamper-evident audit
Every consent change is stored in a blockchain-style SHA-256 hash chain and PostgreSQL triggers that reject UPDATE and DELETE at the DB engine. If anyone tampers with the log, the verifier detects it. Perfect for AEPD/GDPR audits.
💧 XG Blur watermark
All processed photos carry the XG Blur logo in the bottom-right corner. Visible in the gallery and in downloads — promotes the brand whenever someone shares the image.
